Our Privacy Promise
BankSync acts as a secure proxy between your financial institutions and the tools you use. We do not store any of your banking data on our servers. Your data flows directly from your banks to your Google Sheets™ or Notion documents.
How We Work
BankSync uses secure integrations with Plaid to connect to your financial institutions. When you use our service:
Secure Authentication
Your banking credentials are directly passed to your financial institution
Zero Credential Storage
We never see, store, or have access to your banking passwords
Data Flow, Not Storage
Your transaction data flows through our service but is not stored by us
Direct Delivery
The data is securely sent to your chosen destination (Google Sheets or Notion)
Data We Collect
While we don't store your banking data, we do collect and store:
Your name, email, and contact details
Your payment history and subscription plan
Information about which services you've connected to
Anonymous usage data to improve our service
This information is stored securely and used only to provide and improve our service.

- •Airtable, Inc. - For Airtable integration (only when you explicitly connect your Airtable account)
- •Stripe, Inc. - For payment processing (we do not store payment card details)
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the business transaction.
Important: We never share your banking data with any third party. Your financial data flows directly from your bank to your chosen destination (Google Sheets, Notion, etc.) without being stored on our servers.
