Review the extracted data and make any corrections before syncing.
Sync to destination
The receipt data is synced to your configured destination (Notion, Sheets, or Airtable).
Setting Up Email Forwarding
Email Setup Steps
Get your unique email
Go to the Receipts section and find your unique forwarding email address (e.g., receipts-abc123@banksync.com).
Forward receipts
Forward any email containing a receipt to this address. The attachment will be processed automatically.
Set up auto-forwarding (optional)
Configure your email client to automatically forward receipts from specific senders.
Direct Upload
Upload Steps
Go to Receipts
Navigate to the Receipts section in the BankSync app.
Click Upload
Click the Upload button to open the file picker.
Select your receipt
Choose an image file (JPG, PNG) or PDF of your receipt.
Wait for processing
The receipt will be processed within seconds and appear in your receipt list.
